Connection between stargazing and crooked toes?

Hi all, I've rarely ever had chicks with either of these conditions, but have suddenly had a rash of both. Is there some connection between these two issues?

Stargazing is caused by a thiamine deficiency. Crooked toes can be genetic or riboflavin deficiency. Purchase Avian Super Pack to treat these and other vitamin/mineral deficiencies. Dosage is 1/4 teaspoon per gallon of water for 5 days.
