Cooked Plain Spaghetti Noodles

Newbie here, so I may not be much help. What's the age and breed of your birds? My own are still very thin, and cold weather is definitely approaching, but they are also still non-laying pullets so it's to be expected for now.
I have several different breeds, but the youngest ones are 1 year, the rest are a little older than that but none over 3 years old

Fat birds aren't healthy.
You don't need to force them to be fat for winter. A balanced/complete diet is better for their long term health.

We have a ton of wild birds and some doves that like to..do their business overhead of the chickens area
Wild birds does not automatically mean they are giving your birds worms though.
Birds are more likely to get worms from eating something on the ground like a slug or earthworms.

How much feed are they eating? Is it available all the time? Or how often?

I also think noodles are not your best choice because they don't have the range of nutrients needed.
