Coop Question

I am designing my first chicken coop. My goals are to leave room for expansion if I need it. I primarily want to raise Buff Orps and Barred Rocks for eggs. In the future I may include Cornish x into the mix. Do the cornish x need to be seperated from everyone? Does anyone raise them together?

Cornish cross are little poop machines. Wow, can they poo ALOT! You will probably want a space just for them. I plan on makeing a PVC moveable pen,probably 15x15 so I can put mine in pasture, and keep the ground somewhat clean for them. As they get larger, they tend to lay around more...and laying in poo will make them lose the chest feathers faster. Plus, with all that poo, from the cornish, you would be cleaning the coop every day, depending on how many you have in there.
