Almost positive my chicks have cocci but one also has a respiratory infection. They are 4weeks old and on oxytetracyclin vitamins and electrolytes. I know with the oxytetracyclin you have to change frequently what i need to knkw is can i give corid and the antibiotica together or stop antibiotics and just give corid?? Also how much of corid do i mix and do i have to change everyday?

Tried to post a chart I have, but since I'm not too computer smart, guess I failed. LOL
With liquid, its 1 teaspoon for moderate outbreak per gallon of water, for severe outbreak it's 2 teaspoons per gal. of water. 5-7 days. Nothing else in the water. Change daily. So if you are using a quart waterer it would be 1/4 tsp. or 1/2 tsp.

Theyve been on oxytetracyclin for 3 days should i wait to start corid or start it now? Someone told me wait 2 days with fresh water then start corid

I would not mix the two in the water, but I would give the Corid orally. Dose is 0.02 ml of undiluted Corid per 100 grams.
