Coturnix quail eggs rocking on day 14?

When downstairs just a few minutes ago to turn my chicken eggs, and noticed that 5 or 6 of my quail eggs rocking in there turner cups. I was going to go on lockdown tonight around 8pm as that will be the 14 day mark.

Is it normal for eggs to rock a little a few days before they will hatch? I was considering locking down at day 15 but I think im sticking with my plan for tonight on day 14

I locked down on 14 because they were rocking. .

I often have corturnix hatch on day 15 or 16. Lockdown and good luck!
