I have seven 8 day old chicks. This dropping is from one of them. Second day I’ve noticed it. I have electrolytes in the water. This just happens to be a combo of two droppings and not a continuation of one. Thanks everyone for the help.

Looks like a cecal poop to me. Nothing to be concerned aboutI have seven 8 day old chicks. This dropping is from one of them. Second day I’ve noticed it. I have electrolytes in the water. This just happens to be a combo of two droppings and not a continuation of one. Thanks everyone for the help.
Thank you. I wasn’t sure if it could be present immediately. I only give electrolytes as supplemental 1-3 times in the first 2 weeks to combat shipping stress pending on how they are. I can see how my post wasn’t very informative. Sorry about that. Thank you for your reply.Looks like cecal. Unlikely for 8 day olds to have coccidiosis as it takes time to build up a big enough load to cause issues.
Electrolytes should be given sparingly, and have nothing to do with treating coccidiosis,
Much appreciated. I won’t stress.Looks like a cecal poop to me. Nothing to be concerned about
