Good! I think we found the problem: His gmail is expired or something! I tried gmail-ing him, and it didn't work, so I'm making him a new account

You weren't asking me, but...
I tried to reset my password by clicking on the "forgot password" link. It asked me to click on pictures of motorcycles/ buses, and I passed that test. It said a link would be sent to my email to reset my password. (Farthest I've gotten, yay!)

So far, no email. I'll give it another 10-15 minutes, then I'll close my email, not out of frustration, but because aol is a big fat data sucking hog.
