crooked toes

Some of our chicks have crooked toes. They are about 3 weeks old. Should we we worry about them?

It's probably too late to fix them. Normally I attempt to fix them at day 1 but you could try using rolled band-aids on each toe. Not sure it'll work but good luck. I do have a rooster that was born with crooked toes. Unsuccessful in straitening them when he was a chick. He just turned 9 years old and the king of the castle.
