Crusty shells, no shells and swolen bottoms

I've got all 3 problems! Chickens are more pets than anything else but we want the egg production to continue. We have 6, nothing has changed to my knowledge. We were getting 6 a day and then about 4 months ago we dropped to 4 and every once in a while we would get a soft shell egg - we thought someone might be eating one but now I think thats not the casethey are getting scratch from the store, left overs from our dinners - no meat, and layena pellets also form the store .... any ideas?

That picture of the red girls bottom doesn't look right - It's really swolen and hanging low between her legs. No appetite problems noticed with any of them...
