Cut between hens wattles, bleeding and swollen

Noticed one of my girls is swollen between her wattles. it's bleeding too, I checked in the coop for any blood but didn't see any. How should I treat this?

I would move her to a quiet place and just wash it and put some Neosporin on it. It may clear up in a day or two and she can return. If it looks like a reasonably minor wound, you could also get some BluKote, wash it and apply it, and see if the blue color prevents the others from bothering the wound. For serious wounds, they do better with the peace and quiet, warmth, and rest of a place like your bathtub for a while.
