Day 10 incubation

I'm out of town but Kelly candled the eggs and at day ten she says it looks like a big dark spot with air bubble up top on big end. Does this sound k to y'all or normal?? Wondering if we have humidity to high or low?? Its Georgia quail farm incubator sportsman 1502.
