Day 20! Piping questions

Hi! I have 4 eggs under a hen on day 20. 3 have them had already piped this morning. On one of them, I can see the little chick's beak! How long after piping do chicks hatch? Should I do or know anything going into today?

Could be another 24 hours before hatch depending on when they pipped. Everything sounds on track and that your hen is doing a good job. For me I would leave her be and let her get on with the job, I'm sure she will do fine
