Its day 23 and i havent heard any chirping since this morning . I was expecting for there to be at least a pip but i was wrong. yesterday, i heard chirping and pecking at the egg from under the hen . but i decided to leave it. Only two eggs are under the hen at the moment so i took one this morning and candled it and there is a chick inside but im not sure if its alive.. I don't know what to do ,is the shell too strong?. I dont want to interfere. Should i leave it . I will check up on the eggs later for any signs of chirping . maybe they are resting?
