Still struggling with this.... one day at a time. I came close to sacrificing one the other day for necropsy, but was told at the lab that it may not give me very accurate results because of the antibiotics they've been taking.... And now that they're on the mend, I'm feeling really guilty about culling now. Just to get this all straight in my head, if I do decide to cull now, would I have to cull all of the birds that were sharing the same coop with the three sick birds, or are the ones that never came down with symptoms safe. Or could they be carriers now? What a pain.
