I ordered 6 WH eggs and they arrived yesterday with what looks to be detached air cells on all of them. Now the consensus seems to be to keep them upright, pointy end down (if you can even determine which end is pointier than the other, lol), for the duration of incubation. It is also advised to keep them immobile for a period of time but here is where I am getting conflicting information. Some people say its the first 48hrs and some say as long as a week to keep them immobile, no turning. Also I am apparently supposed to keep the humidity low to encourage growth of the air cell. Does anyone out there have any experience with this? Anyone successfully hatch duck eggs with detached air cells? what did you do? what was your hatch rate? thanks so much for any help!

I've never hatched, I'm sorry
