Different egg dates

So if you have eggs laid on different dates (April 20-22), what do you set your incubator at for days. Right now they are at day 19. Is that ok for the day 21 egg? Just wondering about lock down. My hen was sitting on too many so I decided to reduce her amount and use my incubator.

You count the days of incubation not the days since eggs laid. If you mean the hen started sitting on them at different times count from the ones with the head start. The chicks will roll the unhatched eggs at lock down.
