Direct sunlight-oops!!!

I'm hatching my second round of eggs- put them in about 72 hours ago. I put them in my bedroom this time instead of the laundry room because I wanted to be able to watch them hatch more easily. However this evening I noticed that there is direct sunlight coming in on the incubator for a couple of hours. Will the incubator regulate the temp inside or is this bad news? Could I have already killed some?!
