Disinfecting coop and run

I lost most of my small little group of chickens to Mareks.....and now have one lone little girl remaining. I realize that she will probably need to stay on her own, but I still want to strongly disinfect the run and coop. I have purchased some Oxine, and am wondering what the recommended solution is for cleaning and whether it is even minutely effective on the soil.

Alternately, would VirkonS be better? And what strength would that be mixed at?
