Ive got a broody hen with like 14 eggs and whenever shes up off the nest theres another hen on them so is that like planned or does that hen kick out my broody hen to lay more eggs in the nest?

You need to mark the eggs with a none toxic pen... and then every few days check the nest and remove any new eggs added by other hens...

Otherwise you will have too many eggs for the hen to brood... and many will chill and die... also the later added eggs will hatch much later... when the hen is off the nest with her young.. so the younger chicks in the newer eggs will chill and die.
