Do I stop turning on day 18, or is day 18 the last day to turn?

It's day 18, should I turn the eggs today or let them be until they hatch?
I candled one egg that has a very thin white shell and is super easy to see through. The air bubble got bigger since last night, and it looks like a tiny bit of the chick is in on the edge of the air bubble. Does that mean it's gonna start pipping soon? It's moving around, almost in a way that makes it look like it's pushing to get out? Super excited!

I also heard twice, the slightes movement/shaking of an egg. Like the chick was so strong it made the egg move a little. Is that a sign one of then is getting ready?

Yes. You will probably start hearing a peeping sound and see little cracks soon, I believe.
