do you eat your first eggs?

I blew out the first eggs for each of our girls and made scrambled eggs out of the insides we blew out of the egg shell.

Thanks for all the info. Tomorrow I should have egg #5 so I see eggs for breakfast in my future. I noticed today a different egg from the first three. So maybe this means another one has started to lay. This one is bigger and not as brown...almost almond color. What did I do before I had chickens????

Last year from my first flock of chickens I admired the first eggs
for a couple of days then we ate them.

I made an exception this year when my first EEs started laying.
They were so tiny and a pretty blue/green I wanted to save
them so blew them out and made scrambled eggs to eat. I
have a few of the first ones in an egg basket my DGD gave me
so now I can enjoy them and eat them too.
