4. Did you print out one, with a free FORM?

5. Did you use a pay site like Rocket?

6. Did you just write one out. Ex. I hereby leave everything to ........................

7. Any advice you can offer?

We are traveling and would like to get it out of the way.

We do indeed have one, and unless you want the State determining what to do with everything that is yours - including your children - you need one, too.

My cousin, who is a real estate attorney, recommends legal zoom. So that's what we used. Very easy and decent price.
