In my opinion it looks like a very poor quality Ayam Cemani. The seller is trying to rip you off.

There is no way I would pay $500 for a crossbred. He has bad color leakage and bad fibro expression. I have an Ayam Cemani who has color leakage, and I got him for free:

I would reconsider that deal, it's your choice, but if you want to breed him that will take a great deal of culling. I wouldn't buy him for $500 He is beautiful, but not $500 beautiful, just my preference

For crossbred chickens? That's absolutely crazy in my opinion.

X2 for pure cemani maybe even those prices are too high as I see em on craigslist in my area at 75 per.

That look is typical of leakage in pure Ayam Cemanis. It could have other blood in it, but it wouldn't be improbable for it to be pure albeit poor quality.

A pure Ayam Cemani can cost as much as $2,500, culls go either free or very cheap.
