Do you remove new eggs? and a few more questions

Gracie began brooding a few days ago, but she already has twelve eggs in the nest. Do I mark them and take out new eggs? If so, what should I mark them with? She sat on them already for a day then left them for hours...should I start with a new clutch? Thanks for any info!

I marked mine with a crayon. You could leave them a few more days and see if she stays on them if not remove them and set in a incubator to finish them off if they are growing.
