Well, we can't judge a new Doctor just by...3 seconds of screen time. Like others, I'll hold off until I see an episode of him.

Though, based on a few interviews that I've seen (thanks to gifs and photosets on le tumblr) he seems like a snazzy dude. By snazzy I mean, generally, likeable.
