It is a the type prescribed by a vet (a flavored suspension), not the kind usually added in water? For a very small dog (Yorkie) they say to give 30cc once a day, but I don't know what to use for a small, mutt chicken. She is half Silkie, half Golden Comet, but no bigger really than the Silkies. I believe she must have Coccidiosis as she had a bloody blob stuck to her feather. I thought perhaps something was wrong with her vent, but after I cleaned her up, I did not see anything. Her poo was smelly and on her feathers. She acts normal otherwise right now. Also have another chicken with her vent area being a mess. So I'm thinking I may have coccidiosis in the flock... odd since none are young, but we've had really weird and very wet weather this winter, and I wonder if it's bring things out in the soil and so on. So since I have this Albon Suspension, I thought I could use it for the chickens, but I don't think it's the type you dilute with water, so I'm not sure exactly how much to give. Any help would be very appreciated! Thank you!!
