Does this membrane look to dry

My hydrometer says the humidity is 72% and my incubator says it’s 69% does it look ok? I just added a little bit more water.

If they are piped through the membrane. It will look dry but the chick should be fine zipping and hatching. It often take 12 to 24 hours for some to hatch. Patients
