About 3 weeks ago, my older children failed to latch the run correctly and my flock got the brut of my idiot dogs (working on training). This girl got the worst and she has an injury to her chest. While it's healing and she is getting around well, happy and asking for cuddles, her food is staying in her neck as opposed to going to the crop. This morning the lump moved to the front of her throat and she was shaking her head and ended up spitting up what she had eaten. There's also a gurgling sound. No smell.

I haven't ever suggested this before, but taking her to a vet might be the best option for you if you're willing. If she was attacked by a dog and all that is going on, then she probably has some sort of internal injury that would be best taken care of by a vet.

Thank you
