Dog Food

I can recommend Diamond Naturals as well. Diamond hasn't had a recall in many years. I like that the Naturals line has no corn, wheat, or soy. Purina seems to always have at least one of those ingredients. All except one of my dogs have done great on Diamond Naturals (since early 2000s).

Our older dog, Sage, is 6. She's a yellow lab and has always tended to put on weight.
Labs are like that. She's probably getting too many calories for her activity level. I believe feeding a higher protein food in smaller amounts should make her feel fuller without eating too much. (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

I'll post some SS here of the kinds we have fed so far. I bought a bag each of the adult chicken and brown rice and all life stages chicken and brown rice yesterday. They like to have variety and they handle other kinds really well.

Personally I would stick with the beef and barley, all the chicken and rice ones contain peas and/or lentils which is not something I like to see in dog food.
