Dogs with Chickens

What dog breeds do well with chickens? Would love to see pictures and hear stories!

There are a lot of breeds intended as herders or livestock guardian dogs (LGDs) and many have pros and cons depending on what livestock you need them to work with, and what your housing/property set up is.

But I believe whatever breed you choose, the biggest thing you need to consider is the dog's personality itself! Someone who understands dogs and can help figure out puppy personalities should be able to guide you to a dog who is at least more likely to do well around birds.
Many breeds not intended to be farm dogs do very well around birds, but whatever dog you choose it will take a lot of time and effort to get them trained well...
