Dominique male or female?

Is this 11-wk-old Dominique male or female? I have no others to compare it to, but its waddles are much, much smaller than same-age Barred Rocks.

I have never seen it hold its tail up to create the classic Dominque rooster U-shape back. It hangs out with the hens (but so do a few of other breed roosters) and is very dainty-acting (don't ask me how to define that--but I know it when I see it). It has a bit of slate on the front of its yellow legs and feet.

But it has longish tail feathers and seems to be more white than black. And none of the roosters seem interested in it.

Thought i bought 6 dominique hens at 6 weeks old. The older they get the more some look like roosters.

Does any one know what breed this is.She lays brown eggs and is abt one year old.
