What about him?And the rooster ?
1 and 4 look to be developing their combs already so presuming male even though the "Dominique" only has a single barring gene. 2 and 3 look like pullets.
Ok thanks! Her comb is pinker than others but she is very docile. I've been worried about SS. She's always been small but is full of spunk. I got them all at the same time on April 21st.The SS is 7 weeks? The feathering looks very delayed.
I suspect the first GLW may be a cockerel by comb color.
They're a bit too young to sex, but they look like femalesWhat gender are these welsummer chicks

This girl is the only of my Easter eggers who have a red comb. Her entire body says hen, but the comb is throwing me off. Could it be that she's maturing faster than the others? I included a picture of one of our roosters who is the same age for comparison - same batch of chicks. They're 12 weeks old.
Thanks in advance!
You think? Even though the body is all hen? Even the feathers!Rooster
Is He an EE Cockerel? This cutie is approximately 4 to 5 months. It's my favorite bc of how beautiful the colors are on this breed. Can someone tell me if this is a rooster and what breed??
