As many times as it takes to get 2 Guardians. You can NOT trade them and you can only have 2 on your scroll.

OMG your first try and with only 1 of each of the Trio

That proves that the more Trios you have does not necessarily mean Summoning success.
You always have to wait 2 weeks to Summon again.
