Droopy wings on peep..COCCI RELATED

I had one die yesterday but I think it had other problems it always had pasty butt since the day it was born and nowI have another peep with droopy wings. It is still eating and drinking but I haven't seen it preen but it doesn't look dirty. So does anyone have any advice for this poor little one?

I forgot to add they are on their 7th day of treatment of Corid/Amrpol. Which is 3cc per gallon, it already made it through the first 5 days of 5cc per gallon, the rest of them are doing great so I don't understand why this one isn't feeling good yet? Can anyone help please?
