Duckling Not Growing

2 1/2 weeks ago I got 11 day old Appleyard Ducklings. 10 of them are developing fine but 1 does not seem to be growing at all. Our babies all free range during the day and he seems to keep up just fine, but I have been bringing him in a night to make sure he gets enough food and water.

Any ideas as to why he seems stuck at this freshly hatched stage? Any suggestions as to how to help him catch up? I have attached photos with him and some of the other ducklings that hatched at the same time. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If hes eating,drinking and pooping good I think he's just a runt.
I'm one of 3 brothers from the same parents. We are all 3 different in weight and height.
