Ducks and their eggs

I have had ducks for a short time now I have had eggs that are fertile and placed them in my incubator, all seemed fine and on the 28Th day the first egg pipped and began to break out the shell, after around 24 hours it still had not hatched and later I noticed it was dead, why is this? I have other eggs still waiting to pip but nothing as happened yet, what is going wrong? the humidity is 67% and the heat is 37.5c can anyone shed light on my problem?

You might get a quicker answer on the hatching or duck thread. I personally haven't a clue, but it sounds horrible and disappointing, hopefully someone can give you answers.
