Dutch Bantams Roosters?

I have these two Bantams I bought at Tractor Supply when they were a week old. They didn't know what type bantams they were. They are now 9wks old. The one without the white cheeks just crowed the other day. Are they both boys? And are they both Dutch? Only one has white cheeks other has red cheeks both are alike in all other ways.

White earlobes is the Dutch. The other is likely an Old English Game.

And they are both boys? Can to roosters live peacefully in their own area without hens? I don't want fertile eggs.

At only 9 weeks, yes, they are both cockerels. And yes they can live peacefully together if there are no hens with sight to fight over. And there is no difference between fertile eggs and infertile eggs until they are incubated. They will not spontaneously begin to develop on their own.
