Shadowkit watched some of the other warriors, his gaze calculating and intelligent. Now that he was older, it was noticable that his blue eyes contained flecks of yellow near the irises. This made his gaze even more creepy to hold.

Redtail dipped his head towards Shadepelt and nodded briefly to Shadowkit before bending down beside Foxshadow to pay his respects, the pair had been close friends.

"To all of you who are attending the Gathering, please pay your respects and meet be at the reed tunnel. We cannot be late for the Gathering." Icestar said above the quiet murmuring. The cats who had been selected earlier stepped in front of the others to pay their respects, then joined Icestar near the reed tunnel.

Rainwhisker requested to stay behind with Thornclaw and Sparrowtail put him in charge of the camp while him and Icestar were gone. Willowpelt offered to go in his place and the cats left shortly as the moon rose.

Skystar and her Clan were already there, as was StormClan. Skystar's gaze was proud as she watched her Clan as the moon climbed higher into the blackening sky.

StreamClan moved quietly into the clearing after Icestar checked to make sure it was safe to proceed. She shared a few quick words with Sparrowtail and clawed her way lightly up the Great Oak to stand beside Skystar. In the clearing, the StreamClan cats slowly mingled with the EagleClan cats. In the StreamClan patrol was: Brambleberry, Rowanclaw, Ryewhisker, Ashstorm, Redtail, Willowpelt, Tawnypaw, Cloudpaw, Mousepaw, Thrushpelt and Whitewing.

A nearby EagleClan warrior dipped his head to a StreamClan warrior. His ear was torn and matted with dry blood. Once a good look was given, it was noticable that about 8 of them were minorly injured.

Ashstorm returned the gesture, and looked curiously at their wounds. Had Stormstar attacked them aswell? He glanced wonderingly at Willowpelt, who was beside him and she shrugged, puzzled.

Mapleleaf stalked a mouse moving slowly carefully and quitely she paused before leaping on it keeling it with a bite to the neck she walked back to where she had hid more prey she carried what she could back to FoxFace she returned to get the rest of the prey.

Ashstorm returned the gesture, and looked curiously at their wounds. Had Stormstar attacked them aswell? He glanced wonderingly at Willowpelt, who was beside him and she shrugged, puzzled.

Skystar let out a yowl to silence the cats, and stepped back, letting Icestar go first.

Icestar dipped her head in acknowledgment to Skystar and stepped forwards, her tail flicking back and forth to help her balance. "Yesterday our dawn patrol was attacked by Stormstar and several of his rogue followers. We thank EagleClan," she glanced briefly back at Skystar. "For intervening as the attack happened on their border but unfortunantly Foxshadow died this morning. His Clan misses his greatly and he will be remembered as a brave warrior who died too young."
