Early hatch out

I am hatching eggs in an incubator for the first time instead of using a broody hen. I had one hatch out yesterday on day 18. None of the others seem to be following yet. How long can I leave this little one in with the other eggs and should the others hatch soon too or should I still expect to wait a few days? Thanks!
