Easter Egger Gender?

I have a chick that I'm assuming is an Easter Egger. I was wondering if anyone could tell the gender of the chick, I'm really hoping it's a hen but I'm not so sure. She's a little over 2 weeks now, so any help would be awesome! Thank You!

Yes, that's an Easter Egger. Theres nothing screaming rooster yet, but it's still too soon to tell with much accuracy. Post updated pictures in another couple of weeks.

Thanks for the confirmation... we figured, but a rooster wasn't part of the plan. We're really newbie flocksters, so can someone recommend another thread for "now what do we do?!"

Also a cockerel. Random splashes of dark red on the shoulder/wing is a male specific thing.
