Sometimes I have weird thoughts. The other day, this was my wondering. If you place eggs in the incubator and candle on day 5 to 7(brown eggs), are the clear ones you remove still edible?
I know that people who eat balut take an 18 day old embryo in the shell, boil it and eat it. So, if you cook the five to seven day old eggs that are not fertile are they just like any other egg?

I personally wouldn't do it. Anything that I put in the incubator for any amount of time that didn't stick went into the trash. I have only done 1 incubation, but I can't see myself eating any in the future either. I would be worried about bacteria growth, etc.

I feed mine to the dogs, or back to the flock. There's probably nothing wrong with them, but I'm just not that hungry
