EE vs sapphire eggs

Can anyone tell me what the difference in egg color a cream legbar x white leghorn is compared to EE? Trying for all colors to be in my cartons wanna make sure i dont get same color eggs going

I don't think I've ever heard of a breed laying a sapphire egg - although Emu's do I think.
