In the form of my cockerpoo! My old faithful has protected me from many things, foiled burglaries and now she is standing guard over the ducks. I can't tell you how much I love this dog! Xxx

We have an Olde English Bulldogge (actually several of them), named Mia. She has taken on the role of guardian of the birds. Frequently we find that she has let herself inside the duck or the chicken pens, and is just laying inside there with the birds. She doesn't harm them, or chase them really, she is just laying there with chickens or ducks all around her. Not quite sure what she thinks she is doing, but anytime we can't find her we check the bird yards, and sure enough, there she is lounging with the birds, often with them climbing across her.

The ducks seem to enjoy her company the most and will actually let her come up to them and sniff and lick at them.
