One of my hens lays an odd egg on a daily basis. It is super thin on one end and it breaks just picking it up. The rest of the egg is nomal except for about an inch on one end. My hens have access to oyster shells 24/7 and they are being fed good laying mesh. What could be causing this? Is it a possible health problem?

Mix the oyster shell with the laying mash and see if that changes anything. Kinda sounds like the egg is moving through her system too fast or something.

If it's just one hen, it's probably nothing to do with how you offer the oyster shell....I wouldn't mix it with the feed.
I mix crushed chicken egg shells with the oyster shell in a separate container.

It could just be that hen, could be temporary or permanent. I have a couple that lay less than stellar eggs routinely.....could just be a stress thing with her too and it will change over time, have had that happen too. 2 hens laid funky, wrinkled, thin shelled eggs for several months, then they straightened out with no change in feeding regimes.
