I use it, but not for confinement. Its to keep predators out. I have a tractor for confinement.

BTW, once you do CXs on pasture you will never go back. The manure is spread out, the flies cannot use it, the stench is less....

Sorry all, I forgot about this post.

I would like to get some of the netting from Premier, I just haven't ordered it yet. I just don't really want to tractor (my tractors are slightly small and a PITA to move) until I make a few changes to my tractors. I free ranged before, I just don't want all the mess all over the yard, and I want to keep the layers out. My chicks are just 2 weeks old now, so it'll be a week or two before they need to go out. I will put them in one tractor for their first week so they can get used to being outside. After that I'll have the fencing (hopefully).
