Embarassing rooster question...

My rooster is 4mos old and has been trying to mate with my hens heads and backs. Yesterday my son noticed whitish sticky spots on a couple of the hens back...Is this what I think it is?

Yep it's what you think it is and no, the rooster doesn't have what you'd think he'd have to have to mate. He doesn't have "one" honest.
