EMERGENCY Chick Choking?

I have a RIR chick who is going limp and gasping for breath? I don't know what's happening please help!

She's passed away, I have no idea what could have happened! She was just lying in the brooder twitching and then started gasping for breathe and going limp when I picked her up. I've never had this happen to a chick.

Yeah, I just feel so bad, she never even had a chance to loose her egg tooth, and my sister was super attached to her.
