Yes there are several chapters dedicated to emu. It's geared toward the large scale farming of ratites but I still found a lot of good info. I think I saw the other book mentioned on Amazon as well.

hi we are trying to hatch emu eggs, our emu eggs all have wiggled and have the tink sound on day 52-53 but still no hatch/ we have not heard any whistling back, our temp has been around 95-97 degrees F and humidity at 25-35% and we're rotated 3 times a day, any ideas if they will hatch?or when they will?

I thimk you will just have to be patient. They can go a few days longer depending on temperature and humidity.

How tall of a fence do you need to make sure an emu does not escape and how much land do you need for 2 or 3 emus?
