I am excited to introduce myself! My name Cheri Farmer.
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? I am new to chickens and I just started my flock in April
(2) How many chickens do you have right now? I currently have 6 chickens
(3) What breeds do you have? My chickens are Americana
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? I enjoy visiting with them and learning their personalities
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? We also have three goats that we take care of on our farm. Since I am retired, I try to take care of myself better than when I worked. I am able acid cardio drummer and instructor, an essential oiler and try to follow paleo as best as I can
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I live on a 80 acre farm that we rent out to a local farmer. I am a retired teacher and my husband still works in the logistics business. I have two grown children and a 2 1/2 year old grandson that I watch every day. We also have two red heller dogs
