Experiences with Gold Feather Farm?

I am considering ordering from Gold Feather Farm, but would like to hear about others experiences first, good or bad.

I’ve never bought from them directly, but I’ve had conversation with the guy and Amy neighbor won some Mosaic chicks from him. They’re beautiful babies... I think they’re about 5-6 months old right now
He’s a very reputable breeder, I don’t think he could’ve gotten this far by reputation if his birds and methods were too bad

I may reconsider him once I have space for more birds again, I filled the empty spots today with hens.

My experience was with his customer service and delayed shipping times. Like a month delayed before I called for a refund. He may have been just really busy but he didnt handle the situation very well. And I've seen others with similar experiences. I suppose the good experiences are such for a reason, he has good looking birds from all that I've seen. He may just be too busy and unable to handle the tough situations.
